主要功能：
1、 适用于外径?22mm-?62mm双列轴承的注脂和密封盖压装；
2、 双面分别注脂，从塑料保持架侧边将油脂注入滚道，精密定量阀控制单次注脂量；
3、 前后称重法检查注脂量是否OK，还可检测出缺少钢球的轴承；
4、 双面放压密封盖，柔性压盖头设计，压入平整、无翻边；
5、 压盖后高度检查功能，根据设置的公差范围判断OK或NG；
6、 加工工序：圆盘供料（或连线）---前称重检查---**面注脂---翻转---*二面注脂---后称重检查---NG品排出---**面放压密封盖---压盖检查---*二面放压密封盖---压盖检查---NG品排出---均脂---合格品出料；
7、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、*。

结构特点：
1、 可单机使用，也可与前工程连接后自动生产；
2、 特别针对双列轴承注脂间隙较小的特点而设计的高压多点     注脂结构，可以让油脂顺利注入轴承滚道内；
3、 注脂前和注脂后分别进行重量检测，10mg称量精度；
4、 特别针对双列轴承密封盖特点而设计的柔性压盖方式，
密封盖压入平整、无翻边。；
5、 线性传感器检测压盖高度，NG品自动剔除；
6、 所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期
连续工作的可靠稳定。

Auto double-row bearing greasing capping machine
Major functions：
1、 Applicable for double-row bearing’s greasing and sealed cap press with an external bearing diameter of ?22mm-?62mm.
2、 Respective greasing on both sides, greasing from the side of cages, precise quantitative valve control the single volume of greasing.
3、 Weighing method before and after to determine whether greasing is OK or not, bearings without steel balls can also be tested out.
4、 Press sealed caps in double sides, flexible gland head design, Flat press in without any flange.
5、 Height check function after gland, determine OK or NG according to the setted tolerance.
6、 Manufacturing procedures：Check the front weight--- grease on the first side ---- turn over --- grease on the second side ---Check the weight back---NG ejection--- first side put plastic cap ---cap inspection---second side put plastic cap --- cap inspection ---NG ejection --- even distribution of grease ---qualified products being finished；
7、 Intelligent operating system, 7 inches true color touching screen , parameters and states information display at the same time, easy to operate.
Structuralfeatures：
