主要功能：
1、 内、外套圈自动上料，内圈4或5组料杆串料方式；外圈圆盘直接供料；
2、 内、外套圈滚道尺寸自动测量，并判断是否**差；
3、 标准件自动校对，偏差自动修正功能；
4、 内、外套圈各10组料库，分别储存和调用；
4、10组钢球库，选配计算后步进系统自动选择对应钢球；
5、 智能的操作系统、直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、*；
6、7寸触摸屏，参数及状态信息同屏显示，一目了然。

结构特点：
1、 适用于外径?62mm-?90mm的轴承自动合套装球设计。
运用中小型轴承可在通道上平移搬送的原理，使用拔叉搬运，
整个工作过程平稳可靠，故障较少；
2、 使用较新优化的交叉簧式垂直测量台架，测量更精准，
合套后游隙误差更小；
3、 采用较新升级的优化算法，可使游隙公差
控制在7um内；
4、变形和装球一体的直线式装球方式，结构简
单、维修方便、散球更少；
6、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长
期连续工作的可靠稳定。

HZP03------ Auto small and medium sized bearing assembly machine
Major functions：

Structuralfeatures：
1、 Applicable for ball bearing auto assembly design with an external diameter of ?62mm-?90mm.
Principles that largish miniature and small sized bearing can be conveyed on channels are applied
to use fork clamp positioning movement. The whole process is smooth and reliable with low
malfunction.
2、 latest updated cross spring measurement platform are used. More accurate in
measurement. Less deviation of fit clearance after assembly.
3、 latest updated optimization calculation. fit clearance
tolerance can be controlled within7 um.
