主要功能：
1、 适用于外径?62mm-?90mm轴承的精确注脂和防尘盖压装；
2、 塑料保持架自动认面和翻转功能，单、双面注脂模式可切换功能；
3、 外接式油脂供给车高压供油，精密定量阀控制单次注脂量；
4、 透光式注脂检查，也可按客户要求装备电子天平称量检查功能；
5、 塑料密封盖和铁质防尘盖可一机共用，气液增压气缸冲压防尘盖，有压盖检查功能；
6、 加工工序：**面注脂（或认面）---翻转---*二面注脂---注脂检查--- NG排出---**面放盖（或放塑盖）---压**面铁盖---压盖检查---翻转---*二面放盖（或可放塑盖）---压*二面铁盖---压盖检查---NG排出---均脂---合格品出料；
7、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、*。

结构特点：
1、 可配套上料盘作为单机使用，也可连接自动生产线连线生产；
2、 智能步进式找正注脂位置，高压油脂定量阀定量调节，   出脂量精确一致；
3、 直线滑轨送盖平台，推送防尘盖精确、平顺、不卡盖，
导套与平台间隙可调，让塑料密封盖的切出也更稳定；
4、 使用5吨出力的气液增力气缸冲压防尘盖，双导柱式
冲压结构，压盖受力均衡，深度可调；
5、高精度线性电位器检测压盖高度，NG品自动剔除；
6、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长期连续

HZYJ03------Auto small and medium sized bearing greasing capping machine
Major functions：
1、Applicable for precise greasing and dust cap press with an external bearing diameter of ?62mm- ?90mm.
2、Plastic cage automatic recognition and flip function; single and double-sided greasing model switch function.
3、Circumscribed grease supply car provide high pressure grease ; precise quantitative valve control single amount of grease infusion.
4、Inspect greasing with pervious to light type, electronic weighing scales inspection function can also be equipped according to customer requirements.
5、Manufacturing procedures: test flexibility--grease on the first side(or recognize side)--turn over--grease on the second side--greasing inspection--NG ejection-put cap on the first side(or put plastic cap)--press the first iron cap--gland inspection--turn over--put cap on the second side(or put plastic cap)--press the second iron cap--gland inspection--NG ejection--even distribution of grease -- qualified products being finished.
6、Intelligent operating system,7 inches true color touching screen , parameters and states information display at the same time, clear at a glance, easy to operate.
Structuralfeatures：
1、Together with loading plates, the machine can be used separately as well as connecting with automatic production line to produce. 
2、Inspect bearing flexibility before greasing, avoiding locked dead or inflows of bearing   with bad rotation.
3、Find the greasing position correctly with intelligent marching type; quantitative regulation of high pressure grease quantitative valve ensures the amount of grease accurately         consistent.
4、Linear slide rail cover delivery platform, accuracy and smoothness      in delivering, no block in cap and adjustable in the gaps between guide mechanism and the platform.
Plastic cover gaskets are also cut more smoothly.
5、Check height of cover with high precision linear potentiometer,
eliminating NG products automatically.
6、All components using best qualityconfigurations to ensure
long term working stability of equipments.
