主要功能：
1、 适用于外径?35mm-?62mm外球面轴承的双层双面盖的压装；
2、 双面放压密封盖、双面放压铁防尘盖；
3、 双面双层共4次分别检查压盖高度，根据设置的公差范围判断OK或NG；
4、 加工工序：圆盘供料（或连线）---**面压入内层密封盖---压盖检查---**面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---翻转---*二面压入内密封盖---压盖检查---*二面压入外层密封盖---压盖检查---NG品排出---合格品出料；
5、 智能的操作系统、7寸真彩触摸屏，参数及状态信息一目了然，操作方便、*。

计的分层压盖和检查方式，保证每片盖子
均准确安装到位；

Auto outer spherical bearing capping machine
Major functions：
1、 Applicable for double-layer double-side cap press of insert bearing with an external bearing diameter of ?15mm-?62mm.
2、 Double-sided pressed into sealed cover, double-sided pressed into the iron dust cover.
3、 4 times check the cover height respectively of double-layer double-side, determine OK or NG according to the setted tolerance.
4、 Manufacturing procedures:  press the inner sealed the cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- press the outer sealed cover on the first side -- cover inspection -- turn over -- press the inner sealed the cover on the second side -- cover inspection --- press the outer sealed cover on the second side -- cover inspection -- NG ejection -- qualified products being finished.
